✦ Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of beauty and skincare products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.
Unopened, unused items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for store credit only.


✦ Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging

  • Return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable


✦ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at

We’ll send a replacement or offer a store credit based on the situation.


✦ Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products

  • Lash adhesives (due to temperature sensitivity)

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Training courses, kits, or digital content

  • Reason for return
