Once Step 0 Glue Cream secures lashes to the shield, you're ready to soften.
Apply Evenly
Apply Step 1 Softening Cream over the lashes from base to mid-shaft.
Process
Process for 10–15 minutes depending on lash thickness. Check readiness with a cotton swab.
Continue
Once desired lift is achieved, remove and proceed to Step 1.5 CMC Cream.
Pro Tip
Always check lash readiness around the 8-minute mark for fine lashes — over-processing causes brittleness, even with cysteamine.
